It is a villa from which you wake to the peaceful sound of waves and chirping birds and relax in the evenings to beautiful sunsets and the mesmerising sounds of the waves lapping against the sand.

The Ground floor level has 4 bedrooms all with private access to the private Tropical Garden. The first floor has a master bedroom with emperor size custom made bed (200 x 200), and full sea views. This level also contains the open plan living and kitchen/dining area. The living area has a luxurious leather seating area with large Smart TV containing thousands of channels from different countries. A wall mounted electric fire adds a relaxed and warm atmosphere to the area.
From the first floor there is a contemporary staircase to the upper Pergola/terrace area for drinks at sundown or morning yoga. From the top deck you have a 360 degree full panoramic view with sea views to Morocco and over the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa has a large 10m x 5m swimming pool with fibre optic lighting that sparkle at night. You have the option to have it heated during cooler months (this is an additional charge). There is also a professional standard size JOOLA Table Tennis table for the sporting enthusiasts. There is a gym area with a Nordic Trak Smart Bike, Rowing Machine and Treadmill.
You have direct access to the beach from the garden of the villa
